Do you have questions about mental health and how to incorporate, address, or bring mental health concerns into your workplace or school district? Are there policies you’re thinking about implementing or do you want to address diversity and mental health topics but are unsure how to move forward? As a mental health consultant, I can address questions about mental health or diverse, multi-cultural approach and give trauma-informed feedback. I work with businesses, non-profits, and schools.

I offer a unique perspective on group work and intersectionality. This can help a business or system when you want to improve communication and group dynamics, understand how trauma can impact individuals and a group, and help you prevent or address burnout. Using my experience of working in community mental health, individual and group private practice, and the school system, I offer a diverse outlook on how to address, understand, and implement mental health and cultural competency concerns into your system. Together we can create specific goals on what you’d like to address and how to implement changes into your workplace or system. During our initial call we’ll discuss your budget, timeline, how I can help, and any other questions you may have.

I offer one-on-one consultations and direct feedback. I’m available for in person (in the Portland-metro area) or virtual visits.
