I accept credit cards, cash, check, or HSA/FSA cards which is due at the time of session. Please note that if you pay with cash or check, that will need to be done in person.

If you’re paying for therapy out of pocket, you can receive a superbill. A superbill is an itemized receipt to submit to your insurance if I’m not in-network with your plan. Depending on your insurance benefits, you can be reimbursed by your insurance. Your reimbursement depends on your benefits and is between you and your insurance. Please check your out-of-network benefits when working with a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Mental Health Counselor. If you request a superbill please note that you will need to pay the full session fee. If you’re using your an HSA or FSA card you will need a superbill to submit to your insurance.

I meet with people in person in Oregon or virtually. Offering in person and Telehealth sessions can help with flexibility and comfortability. I’m licensed in Oregon, Alaska, and Washington and can meet with people who are physically located in either of those states.

If you’re in the state of Alaska Washington, I can meet with you virtually. I currently do not accept insurance in these states, but I can provide a superbill to help with reimbursement with your insurance.

I require 48-hours notice for canceled sessions. Any cancellations after that, or if you don’t show to session, will result in a full session fee. I understand things may come up, and make exceptions for emergencies or illness. If you need to cancel, please let me know right away so we can discuss further. Scheduling and cancellations will be discussed further during the intake session.
