Supervision for Registered Professional Associates

I’m a supervisor for Registered Professional Associates in the state of Oregon. As a clinical supervisor, I use an experiential and developmental model approach, as well is the multi-cultural and holistic approach to supervision. I believe supervision to be relationship-based education. I utilize a developmental, experiential, culturally competent approach to supervision that best works with the supervisees work, personality, and philosophy. My scope of practice is working with teens and adults who’ve experienced abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation and self-harm, life stressor/changes, and relational issues. I use narrative therapy and pull from client-centered, motivational interviewing, and a trauma-informed approach. I am EMDR trained but not an EMDRIA certified therapist, consultant, or supervisor. I work from an anti-oppressive and multi-cultural lens. As a woman of color, I understand how the world influences and impacts us as humans and as a therapist. I work with associates who want support in developing their therapist self and deepening your clinical knowledge.

We might be a good fit if you:

  • Want support with your therapist identity and growth

  • Deepen your understanding and knowledge about power dynamics in the therapy room

  • Case conceptualization

  • Implementing culturally competent practices into your therapy approach

Please feel free to reach out if you think we’d a be a good fit to work together. I offer one free 20-minute consultation to ensure we’re a good fit.
